COMPLIANCE
Villa Opal is fully compliant with all Turkish short term letting regulations. Ministry of Tourism Licence Number 48-4619

OCCUPANCY
The Villa comfortably accommodates up to six adults. Cots and high chairs can be hired (chargeable extra) to accommodate extra little people.

GUESTS
The villa is designed for use by families and their guests. Single sex parties probably won’t want to go to Çalış but they can’t stay at Villa Opal

SHARED FACILITIES
None

USE OF VILLA
Guests are asked to respect our policy of No Smoking in all internal areas. The Villa is situated in a residential area and we have always been touched by the respect and consideration our guests have shown towards our neighbours.

VILLA RENTAL
Any rental price we quote you is always for the whole Villa (Not per person). The following are always included : ElectricIty, and gas (inc. air conditioning), all linen, (inc. pool towels), simple Welcome Pack, weekly villa clean and linen change (for stays of two weeks or more), pool and garden maintenance.
The following items are not included : transfers, water bottle refills, BBQ charcoal, cot and high chair hire, Turkish entry visas (if reqd).

CHECK OUTS
Return transfer pick up times from the villa are normally 3 hours before your flight. We do our best to ensure the villa is available for your use until you depart. (no early checkouts) but in some instances the cleaners may need access to begin to prepare villa for the next guests.

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
Our Property Manager will be available to offer assistance and advice.

MOBILITY
Villa Opal is not really suitable for guests with any mobility restrictions. Please ask us for more advice if you have any concerns.

WEBSITE ACCURACY
Our Website is new for 2026 and is still under construction. All the details are correct but some of the photos and images are out of date and do not show changes, improvements and updates we have been making to the villa, the villa facilities and the gardens. We will replace these images as soon as possible so please check back regularly
