The large rear villa terrace is a spacious sun-dappled retreat designed for effortless relaxation and sociable dining. The space flows naturally from the interior accessed from the kitchen and lounge and then opening onto a wide, semi-shaded veranda that overlooks the sparkling pool and landscaped gardens. Soft-filtered light comes through the overhead woven fabric offering comfortable shelter from the midday sun while still allowing a gentle, warm ambience.
A generous dining area sits at one end of the terrace with direct access to the kitchen and featuring a substantial table and seating for family and friends—perfect for leisurely breakfasts, long lunches or alfresco evening meals. At the opposite to the dining space is a separate lounge zone under an enclosed wooden canopy providing some often welcome shade. Relax in the comfy seating to enjoy those long leisurely day time or evening drinks or to just while away the days reading your holiday book.
In the centre of the rear terrace is a shaded area with reclining chars for sunbathing or relaxing.
The terrace over looks the sparkling kidney shaped swimming pool and has views over open land towards Baba Dağ mountain.
An additional tiled terrace frames the swimming pool. Three pairs of sunbeds are arranged around the poolside, each pair shaded by a parasol, creating intimate spots for lounging, reading or catching the day time sun. The terrace edges are softened by a borders of lush plants and the garden lawns. The overall feel is relaxed, peaceful and private.
A cosy garden pergola occupies a quieter corner of the grounds, offering a sheltered retreat set apart from the livelier pool terrace. It creates a shaded, intimate nook that feels both private and inviting.
A corner settee with comfortable cushions is deep enough to curl up with a book and wide enough to stretch out fully. During the day it becomes a comfortable space to lie down and snooze and in the evening it is an idyllic place for people to gather for an evening drink.
The pergola’s position in the corner ensures tranquillity making it an ideal spot for an afternoon nap, quiet conversation or simply pausing to appreciate the garden away from the poolside activity.
